In 1998, two days of information gathering and "Shadowing" of students resulted in a program and plan to accommodate an ultimate capacity of 220 students, create a centrally located library and technology center, and offer expanded fine and performing arts and athletic programs.  A recommended implementation phasing plan and renovated/expanded floor plan and site design were incorporated in the Master Plan.  Graphics files of renderings and phasing plan were supplied to incorporate in fund raising materials.  

In 2008, BCWH updated the 1998 Master Plan and developed new concept designs in preparation for upcoming improvements to the school.
