Renovation and expansion of the Collegiate Lower School campus replaced outdated facilities, provided additional space for a broad range of programs, while improving and maintaining the campus environment. The addition of new buildings with existing created a main academic courtyard. The project called for a new 17,815 SF Learning/Technology Center and Administration building, in addition to a new 38,035 SF first and second grade multipurpose building. Two of the existing classroom buildings and the dining/cafeteria building were also part of the newly renovated spaces. Specialty classrooms (science, art, music, reading, enrichment) were dispersed around the campus as well.
