Ni River Middle School
Ni River Middle School is designed for 900 students, grades six through eight.  The entrance atrium lobby is a welcoming space with the administration and guidance suite, the media center, and the forum adjacent to the lobby.

The two-story school is designed with educational "pods" housing each grade level and exploratory classrooms.  Each grade level pod contains classrooms and science rooms arranged to accommodate team teaching.  A teacher workroom, resource room, special education classrooms, and storage area are additional pod components.  The exploratory pod includes art, teen living, two computer labs, technology/vocational lab, and special education classrooms.  Health and physical education create one wing of the building, with cafetorium and music classrooms in another wing.

The site is shared with a new elementary school and includes play fields, ball diamonds, and a running track.  Bus and vehicular traffic enter at separate locations.
